Something not working, a question, or an idea for Baby World? Write to contact@babyworld.vktech.ro. It helps if you include:

• your phone model and Android version;
• the app version (Settings → About);
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead; a screenshot helps too.

Please don't send personal details about your child that we don't need. The app never sends us anything, so we only see what you write.

Questions about payments or refunds for Baby World Plus are handled by Google Play, but we're happy to help.

Privacy and data requests

All app data stays on your phone, and you can delete it yourself; see Deleting your data. For any request under the GDPR about information you have sent us (access, correction, deletion and the others listed in our privacy policy), write to contact@babyworld.vktech.ro with "Data request" in the subject. We reply within 30 days.
